Why We Started

Most people do not need a garage full of power tools. They need something reliable for the tasks that actually come up — assembling a bed frame on a weekend, tightening a loose cabinet hinge, hanging a shelf without asking for help, or swapping a phone battery without stripping a tiny screw.

We started AMIFC because finding the right cordless screwdriver for those moments is harder than it should be. The options are either underpowered and frustrating, or built for contractors and completely overkill. We focus on the middle ground — tools that work for real people in real homes.

How We Choose Products

AMIFC is a retailer. We do not manufacture any of the tools we sell. Our buying team selects products from qualified suppliers based on practical criteria for home users.

Before a product goes on the site, our team reviews:

Whether the tool is suited to typical home tasks — grip, weight, and ease of use for non-professionals
Whether the battery capacity is adequate for common household tasks, not just peak lab performance
Whether torque and speed settings are practical for someone who picks up a screwdriver occasionally, not daily
Whether the supplier has a reliable process for handling defective units, since that directly affects how we support our customers

Products that do not meet these criteria are not listed. We would rather carry fewer products that work well for our customers than a larger catalog that does not.

Shipping: Free to all 48 contiguous US states. Estimated delivery 6 to 10 business days from purchase date. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.

Returns: 30-day return window from the date you receive your package. If your order arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will arrange a return or replacement.

Payment: Processed through PayPal secure checkout. We do not store payment card data on our servers.
