Do NOT send returns to the address on the original parcel.

Always wait for our team to confirm the correct return address.

If an item is shipped to the wrong address and becomes lost, we cannot issue a refund.

After your return request is approved:

  • Warehouse inspection: Within 3 to 5 business days after inspection
  • Refund issued: Within 3 to 5 business days after inspection

Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account.

We cannot redirect refunds to another account. Please allow additional time for PayPal processing or bank posting.
