How long will it take to get a response?
We typically respond within 1 to 3 business days. If you have not heard back after 3 business days, please check your spam folder and feel free to follow up.
Can I call customer support?
We currently offer support by email only. Email allows us to give each inquiry the full attention it deserves and keeps a clear record for both sides — which is especially helpful when resolving order issues.
I just placed an order. Can I still cancel it?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@amifc.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel it, but you can return it after delivery by following our return process.
I want to return an item. What do I do?
Email us at support@amifc.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship anything back before hearing from us — we will provide you with the correct return warehouse address. Packages sent without prior approval or to the wrong address cannot be guaranteed for processing. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy page.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. You do not always need to ship the item back — our team will advise based on your specific situation.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@amifc.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct the address. Once the order is with the carrier, we are no longer able to make changes, so please double-check your address at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If it is still not there, contact us at support@amifc.com and we will look into it.
My tracking has not updated in several days. What should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes lag, especially over weekends or during high-volume periods. If your tracking has not moved in more than 7 business days, please reach out to us at support@amifc.com and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched. Contact us as quickly as possible at support@amifc.com with your order number. Once the order is with the carrier, we are no longer able to modify it.
Which screwdriver should I buy for furniture assembly?
For flat-pack furniture like IKEA beds, desks, and bookshelves, our home-use cordless screwdrivers with 3 to 5 Nm torque and a 25-bit set handle the job well. If you are not sure which model fits your situation, email us and we will point you in the right direction before you buy.
Which screwdriver is best for phone or laptop repair?
For electronics repair, our precision pen-style screwdrivers with adjustable low torque settings and LED work lights are designed for that kind of work. If you need help choosing between models, email us with what device you are working on and we can advise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only. You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a connected debit or credit card. PayPal guest checkout is available for eligible cards, so you do not need a PayPal account. We do not accept direct card payments, checks, or wire transfers.
Do you ship outside the 48 contiguous US states?
At this time we ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How long does shipping take?
